We got the munchies late last night and we decided to give it a try with a small piece of tender pork we 'discovered' in the fridge. I must admit that Elias did all the work, while I was sneaking around him taking snapshots :P
Here is a quick walk-through for preparing Pork Mustard Sauce:
**Cut the pork in small pieces - add salt and pepper - heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the meat until lightly colored. Then add diced onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Now it's time to add the mustard that you have previously stirred in a cup with some water and a tablespoon of lemon juice in order to have a more creamy texture. Simmer over low heat for about 20-30 minutes and you're done! **
Elias kept a few pieces of pepper and tomato so he can decorate our plates in the end! It tasted so yummy with spaghetti!
