I was amazed by the detail and originality of Chuck Bradley’s photo galleries. I particularly enjoyed his “Really Tiny Things” and “Still Life” series. Bold colors, incredible lighting and an original object approach.

Browsing flickr’s conceptual pool of artists, I found oohvelocitygirl and her amazing gallery! Kelli Carney is the photographer’s real name and she currently lives and creates in Ohio. The photos selected were one of my favorites
as I love the way they depict a cold winter scenery. Amazing, rich textures and an appealing atmosphere. A very atmospheric and emotive collection of photos by photographer Maurizio Polese. Beautiful compositions and tones! I selected these photographs in particular because they somehow make me feel nostalgic. Visuals that evoke emotions are always worth your attention. Don’t you think? Her abstract style combined with bold glamour make Madame Peripetie a visual adventure indeed. The photos presented here are from a series entitled “Insectarium”, a futuristic collection of design garments and shoes by various alternative designers. Original it is!! (although I would never survive on those heels) Hellen Van Meene was born in Alkmaar in 1972 and currently lives in The Netherlands. Her photos expose adolescents in atmospheric environments, producing striking compositions with a touch of melancholy. Her exceptional work has been included in various books and art catalogues.
As Oleg Duryagin mentions “Visually I am inspired by culture of fashion and surrealists. I often shock people with my work … I try to combine reality with artificiality”. I am personally amazed by the immensity of this young Russian photographer’s talent! His portraits look almost ethereal, porcelain fragile, transparent … The eyes exaggerated, shiny, too penetrating! A visual and surreal transformation of human identity.
